A wonderful quartet of Baluster stem wine goblets in lead metal,probably Lauenstein or Wesserbergland,the large ogee bowls have gilded rims and the expected rosette of 5 tears (some large,some small) in the base,the inverted baluster stems with basal knops are hollow and rest on domed and folded feet.

All four are in superb condition with one of the central tears in the base of one bowl having opened during annealing,(see last photograph),the gilded rims are perfect with no loss to the gilding, showing only normal signs of use.
