A rare air twist glass , have a small flared bell bowl with solid base , over a multi spiral air twist stem with a central five ring annular collar, all on a large domed foot,

Glasses of this type are usually found with a vermicular collar and have larger bowls with taller stems, see comparison photo, this example has a capacity of just over one imperial fluid oz, which according to Barrington Haynes in Glass Through the Ages would be called a short cordial , whether a short cordial or small wine it is a very rare glass which I have not encountered before.
A very fine glass in perfect original condition.
