A wonderful Nuremberg goblet ,having a large round funnel bowl engraved in the manner of Johann Wolfgang Schmidt , a woodland scene with a stag and doe along with a hare and a fox being chased by three hounds and two hunters , one on horseback, over a stem with hollow blown knops separated by multiple merese's, all on a large conical foot engraved with a leaf garland.

Height 11 3/4 ins 29.8 cm

There is a chip to the merese just above the bottom knop ,other than that this fabulous large goblet in in superb condition.
