A lovely pair of Facon de Venise reliquary jars with covers, most probably Low Countries,the large bowls still retain two wax seals on each and original chords which would have been used to tie down the covers to protect the contents.a simple knop then leads to a plain conical foot.

Height 4 3/4 ins 12 cm and 4 7/8th ins 12.4 cm

There is some slight interior staining otherwise they are in perfect original condition , minus contents of course !!.
