A superb moulded pedestal stem goblet. The round funnel bowl with 1/2 knop below would suggest an early date and to quote Delomosne's from "The Baluster Family" the 1/2 knop below the bowl seems to have been reserved for only the finest of glasses. The eight sided pedestal stem contains a full length tear leading to a folded conical foot.

A superb goblet in very fine condition with beautiful bright metal with only a very few light scratches to the bowl interior.
