A superb opaque twist goblet having a large slightly flared bucket bowl beautifully enameled with vines leaves and grapes by William Beilby, over a double series stem having an inner multi ply corkscrew with a pair of threads around, all on a plain conical foot .

Height 7 1/8th ins 18.2 cm

An almost identical goblet is illustrated in "The Ingenious Beilby's" by James Rush ,Published in 1973.

There are no losses at all to the enameling which contains five vine leaves, branches and over 260 grapes , the rim has faint remains gilding.
