A very large and rare composite stem goblet,having a large ogee bowl engraved on one side with a floral cartouche containing clasped hands over a heart pierced with cupids arrows, most likely meaning "Unity in Love" on the reverse in a finely engraved coronet , most likely for a Duke or a Count with the conjoined initials CMJT, with a leaf surround. Much of the engraving has been highly polished, all over a stem having a teared flattened ball knop over an opaque twist section with shoulder and basal knop, all on a plain conical foot with floral engraving.
